Hi,
I’m Dr. Miriam Bross. A few years ago, my everything in my life went haywire. And by everything I mean my emotions. I developed severe anxiety, suffered from depression and even had panic attacks. Eventually, I stumbled my way out of the mess. It took me three years.
After my emotions were stable and I could think clearly again, I learned all about emotional intelligence. It occurred to me that if I had known what I know now when I was in a bad state, I would have recovered within six months. A year tops.
Change is a lot easier when you know what to focus on and which steps to take next. That’s why I created Emotional Intelligence for Life. Learning essential skills, like emotional hygiene techniques and self-awareness are the key to an easy and happy life.
I now embody the person I truly want to be: Peaceful, happy and in love with myself every single day. The best part? Emotional intelligence is just a range of skills which anyone can learn. If I did, so can you.
