Hi,
I’m Miriam Bross, PhD, and here’s a bit about me. Like you, I have always had big dreams and desires for my life.
A few years ago, everything went haywire. And by everything I mean my emotions. I developed severe anxiety, suffered from depression and even had panic attacks. Eventually, I stumbled my way out of the mess. It took me three years.
After my emotions were stable and I had dismantled enough unhelpful feelings to think clearly again, I learned all about emotional intelligence. I realised that with all the knowledge I have right now I could have been better within a year. Or less.
So here I am sharing everything I know with you. Whether you’re suffering from anxiety or just want to learn Emotional Intelligence skills to improve your life in general, this page is for you!
