How much time do I need to do the course?

The course is designed to take 5 weeks with 5 trainings each week. The trainings consist of a short video (2-8 min long) and simple action steps, which will take you about 10 minutes in total.

How do you know the two exercises work?

I used the same techniques to practise self-awareness, only I learned them from completely different teachers. Barbara Sher uses the label your feelings exercise in her book Refuse to Choose. The guided meditation in the course’s second module is a variation of a Zen meditation I stumbled upon many years ago.

I realised that both exercises are sub-skills of self-awareness and that if I taught them together, my students would learn this invaluable life skill much faster. In less than two months, in fact. That’s why I created this course.
