How much time do I need to do the course?

The course is designed to take 5 weeks with 5 trainings each week. The trainings consist of a short video and simple action steps, which will take you about 10 minutes in total.

How do I know this course is right for me?

Why not try The Happiness Course first? It’s free and only takes you 6 days, 10min a day. Both courses are hosted on the same platform the trainings follow a similar structure, giving you an idea of what to expect from The Self-Awareness Course.

How do you know the two exercises work?

I learned self-awareness with these exercises myself only no one called it that. I found the “label you feelings” exercise many years ago in a book and was surprised how impactful it was. Much later I found a zen meditation I eventually adapted into the “feel your emotions” meditation.

Once I realised how powerful both exercises were together, I decided to teach them. Self-awareness is suprisingly simple to learn but has such a big impact on our lives! It really a superpower and the best part is anyone can learn it. 

I have trouble finishing online courses. Thoughts?
